Welcome to Arc-V Architects.
We are a Yorkshire based architectural practice and through a number of years we have worked on a variety of projects throughout the UK.
These have been valued from fifty thousand to thirty six million pound, where we have worked on a variety of builds varying from house extensions to multi million pound developments.
These range from new build, conversion and refurbishment. Which include; Residential, Social, Health care, Retail, Multi Use, Commercial, Industrial, Educational & Leisure.
Services have been provided over a broad range of tenures, such as; Market sale, Private rental & Affordable homes.
We offer a broad range of Architects services which take clients projects through from inception to completion, while following the RIBA plan of works.
Services offered include; Measured Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Architectural Design, Building Regulations, Construction Details, Landscape Design,
Interior Design, Project Management, Contract Management and many others.
We have also extensive experience in being design lead on projects which enables us to successfully advise clients throughout all stages of the project and, assemble a team of professionals in which to take the project forward to meet the clients requirements.
We are also experienced and qualified Principal designers as such (CDM) services are also offered, along with being domestic energy assessors allowing us to both carry out the SAP calculations and register the final EPC certificates.

This unique practice brings a unique set of abilities and a wider understanding of all stages of the RIBA plan of works, this ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the clients requirements.
The director gained initial qualification in 2006 as an Architectural Technologist, following this worked continually in practice throughout the years, to progress his knowledge, qualifications and abilities in all areas of design, construction and management. This experience culminated in Registration as an Architect and Chartered membership of the RIBA and from this has worked as a Senior Project Architect and Principal for a number of years

The practice maintains a team, made up of Architect and Technologists. This allows us to carefully select and manage our workload, which gives us the correct amount of time to personally focus on each and every client, which in turn enables us to instil the clients unique vision throughout their architectural journey.
